Cork is harvested from the cork oak tree. Our supplier is based in Portugal, where they harvest the cork sustainably without damaging the tree.

How to use a cork block

Bricks can completely change your yoga practice. They can be used to facilitate challenging poses, release your body from tension and prevent injuries on the yoga mat. Yoga blocks can also add challenge to the poses, help with alignment and your balance.
